[About Us]

We are an Express Trust created under American common law, not under the laws of any State. We are the sister-trust of Negotiations Analysis & Contract Relations Specialists (NACRS), as well as the Registrar for the Private Securities Participant Network (PSPN).

The services and information we've developed help bridge the gap between private individuals/organizations who hold unconventional investment paper and the securities and banking contacts in order to allow for profitable relations that might otherwise be impossible.

We accomplish this by first knowing the right people, making the right connections and fearlessly leading the way in this yet unsaturated area of truly private securities and modern "money" mechanics. Secondly, we satisfy all the needs of such a private transaction without brokering, dealing, holding, settling or clearing.

Because all successful transactions are centered on certainty and confidence, we use our position in the PSPN to help convert your unconventional resource into other forms of money. Our efforts are to bring within reach the financial network necessary for a Client to monetize unique paper assets.
