[PSPN Membership]
To become a Participant:
Step 1. First contact us.
Step 2. Once you have spoken with a Client Services representative you will need to fill out the PSPN Application to be mailed along with appropriate fees to our mailing address listed on the application.*
Step 3. Activate your membership.
*Please note that all applicants must qualify for membership and fees are calculated based on applicant class. Clients and PSPN members are not necessarily the same, nor are they required to be Clients or vise versa.
