We offer the service of authorized representation for private securities issues. We cannot act as transfer agent, however we are willing to provide all necessary representation of Client securities in the PSM offering, sale or disposition, settlement and clearance. We may also attend any related negotiations on behalf of the Client, via telephone or videoconference, without brokering the final trade.*

This service will often overlap Debt Monetization Assistance as well as PSPN Participant Liaison Services. Depending on whether it is provided in conjunction with other services, the fee may be waived as a cost of doing business. We generally prefer not to provide this service unless in conjunction with other services so as to avoid unnecessary fees for the Client. Fees are based on a percentage of the total amount netted in the transaction.
