[Debt Monetization Assistance]

We offer assistance in certain aspects of the debt monetization process, including the private trade, sale, pledge, hypothecation, and other methods of profitable disposal of private securities. The extent of assistance will be directly determined by the eligibility of the security. This is essential for us to properly determine whether or not we should provide the service given the amount of effort required on our part as well as potential risks to our reputation should a security fail the test of viability.

Because we will only provide services for eligible securities, fees will be postponed until final disposition. The fee will be calculated as a percentage of the final transaction plus any incidentals incurred during the preliminary phases of monetization (such as with non-standard securities, process error corrections and extensive telephone or e-mail consultation).

Assistance may include:

1. PSPN participant notification to acquire preliminary data on potentially interested participants*
2. Entry of the security into the PSM upon a grant of membership into the PSPN
3. DTC Participant list cross-reference and contact
4. PSM climate analysis to determine the cost-to-profit ratio of offering the security on the PSM
5. Alternative debt collection solutions**

**Our agents are experienced in both conventional debt collections (garnishments, negotiations, etc.) and the unconventional but more effective Bond and Commercial Processes. In providing this service, we do not physically collect or handle the debt; rather, we illuminate Clients on the Bond or Commercial Processes in order to bring the debt to payment, monetization or resolution. We consult Clients on the alternative ways of extracting profits and benefits from legitimate debt in the private venue outside of courts. Fees are calculated based on the consultation rate of 200.00 USD per hour.
